At least 5 years of diesel or automotive maintenance & repair experience or technical school education, Valid driver’s license, computer skills, Possess a mechanic’s tool set
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or other management role, Willingness to obtain CDL while employed, ASE certifications
What You'll Do.
Lead the preventive maintenance program
Provide technician development
Streamline operational practices
Oversee vehicle diagnostics
Maintain knowledge of systems
Supervise shop technicians
Conduct daily huddles
Conduct performance evaluations
Assist with hiring decisions
Manage inventory control
Schedule fleet maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Maintain adherence to standards
Participate in ASE program
