### **Job Description** ## Overview We are seeking a Structural BIM Lead to join our GTC Canada BIM team, supporting the design and delivery of complex structural systems across various industrial projects. In this role, the candidate will manage and optimise Revit/CAD structural environments, ensuring efficient workflows, standardisation, and compliance with project and industry requirements. The candidate should have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and be able to maintain BIM model quality processes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining symbol libraries, templates, and databases, configuring project settings, and troubleshooting software issues to enable seamless collaboration. Additionally, you will lead automation initiatives, integrate engineering design data with other platforms, and support digital delivery strategies for smarter, connected solutions. The candidate will also actively support project teams on proposal and project delivery tasks. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with 7–15 years’ experience delivering multidisciplinary projects, strong knowledge of Revit/CAD functionalities, Navisworks & CDE platforms, and a passion for improving design efficiency through technology and innovation. ## Your role * Should be able to produce structural drawings and BIM model with minimum supervision. * Should be able to maintain BIM model quality process. * Should be able to share the best practice to the wider team. * Should have experience in understanding the coordination process with engineers. * Able to attend the meeting with the internal and external clients and maintaining the Minutes of meetings. * Should be able to mentor graduate and junior BIM engineer. * Coordination of CAD and BIM model input to multi-disciplinary projects. * Should be well versed with AutoCAD. ## About you _Qualification_ * Diploma/Degree with minimum 5years of relevant experience. _Requirements_ * K
