What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Engineering Technology, 12+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, Experience with common project/ program management tools
Nice to Have
Master’s degree Powertrain technical fundamentals, Experience with design release processes of Powertrain components and systems, Experience with internal combustion engine controls and calibration, Understanding of root cause analysis tools, Knowledge of powertrain mechanical design principles, Knowledge of system engineering methodologies, Knowledge of CAE methods, Knowledge of GD&T, Knowledge of 3D CAD, Knowledge of 1D simulation, Knowledge of Teamcenter, Knowledge of manufacturing processes
What You'll Do.
Execute full system engineering for Harvester gasoline Range
Conduct regular project reviews
Provide technical guidance and support to powertrain engineering
Ensure DREs and development/validation engineers release work products
Communicate critical milestones
Assist DRE’s in generating detailed system and sub-system
Ensure functional objectives are met
Escalate to leadership
Track and report Range Extender system imperatives
Lead critical action plans for identified technical and
Lead recovery plan efforts across multiple cross-functional teams
Drive innovation in technology solutions
Drive innovation in design and development methods
Drive innovation in advanced materials / manufacturing
