What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in the Packaging of rotating equipment, auxiliary equipment design, piping & support design/ analysis, structural analysis, knowledge of piping design for ASME B31. 1 & 31. 3, Lube oil System sizing to API 614 code requirement, experience in sizing calculations, valve selection, NX modelling, drafting, routing & assembly, UG NX, Autocad, Ansys, Caesar, read & understand engineering documents (like P & ID, technical data sheets, and O&M manuals), site service requests

What You'll Do.
Act as primary point of contact for resolution of Gas Turbine Mechanical Level 3 cases
Facilitate collaboration with Customers
Site teams and cross-functional engineering groups
Present NCM trends and resolution status during Quality Monthly Reviews
Drive identification of actionable insights and oversee implementation of solutions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of internal and external engineers
Support implementation of the Non-Conformity Management Reduction Framework
Collaborate closely with the configuration team
Facilitate technical training and lead lessons learned sharing initiatives
Lead multiple complex projects and present to leadership
Support Manufacturing Cell during machine assembly
Provide quick resolution to Non-conformity
Support FSE/ FPE during installation & commissioning
Derive requirements for design of Mechanical Auxiliaries
Collaborate with external engineering suppliers
Create basic engineering drawings
Review engineering drawings & 3D models
Perform Structural analysis of baseplates
Assign & review static and dynamic analysis
Create print drawings for the baseplate
Create Piping line specifications
Design / size lube oil tank
Select Lube oil system components
Responsible for skid package design
Responsible for design of external BOP skids
Own the plant 3D model
Verify interface across different products
Shape 3D model review meetings
Perform/review stress analysis of piping & supports
