Must Have
LPCB Basic and FHC qualification, fire suppression design expertise using LPCB rules, BS EN 12845, NFPA and FM Global standards, Experience delivering complex or high-value projects, Advanced AutoCAD skills, Experience using 3D design software such as Revit and Navisworks, Ability to provide technical leadership and make sound engineering decisions, stakeholder management and communication skills, High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Experience producing design specifications, presentations and contractual documentation, Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have
Experience designing special risk projects, BIM experience, Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers

Full Job Description
**What You Will Do** As a **Lead Design Engineer – Fire Suppression** , you will take technical ownership of Sprinkler and Special Risk design activities across large, complex and multi‑discipline projects. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership, governance and mentoring within the design function, while supporting the business on high‑risk or specialist projects.
