We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot. ## Technical Skills Drive: Deep, practical derivatives trading expertise: 10+ years of experience in a senior trading or trading-adjacent role with a deep focus on OTC derivatives (e.g., IR Swaps, FX Forwards/Options, Structured Products). A strong, practical understanding of the entire derivatives trade lifecycle, market microstructure, and the day-to-day realities of a trading environment. Deep familiarity with derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA) and the regulatory lan
