Must Have
Master’s or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, 5+ years in the US Pharmaceutical industry, 5+ years leading data science/ML teams, Experience working with commercial pharma data, Python (preferred), R/SQL/Spark, Cloud-based ML platforms, MLOps practices, Model deployment, Model monitoring, Production-grade ML systems, Generative AI, LLM frameworks, Experiment design, A/B testing, Causal inference techniques, Translate business needs into AI/ML roadmap, Communicate complex concepts, Stakeholder management, Collaboration skills, Working across functions and geographies, Delivering innovative AI solutions, High standards for ethics, compliance, and quality

What You'll Do.
Lead Decision Science & AI Enablement COE
Provide centralized AI/ML capabilities
Partner to identify use cases
Embed model-driven decisioning
Set AI/ML strategy and roadmap
Build and develop India-based pods
Define commercial AI/ML roadmap
Lead model development
Ensure models are documented
Design and evolve decisioning frameworks
Integrate models into production systems
Define and track KPIs
Lead exploration and adoption of Generative AI
Ensure adherence to responsible AI standards
Maintain external relationships
Productize analytics and insights solutions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with US and International I&A, brand, omnichannel, operations, and access teams; Partner with DD&T, omnichannel, field, and marketing operations; Collaborate Cross-Functionally; Build diverse teams
