About the Role Our fleet produces a continuous stream of data, and we're looking for a senior IC to own how that data becomes insight: for customers, partners, operations, engineering, and leadership. You'll be the bridge between the raw telemetry coming off our machines and the metrics, dashboards, and answers the rest of the company relies on. This is a hands-on role. You'll design the schemas, model the metrics, and ship the React dashboards yourself. You'll also own accountability for the numbers: every metric that leaves your hands needs to be accurate, trustworthy, and defensible when a customer or executive asks how it was calculated. That standard is the most important thing this role brings to Agtonomy. ## What You'll Do Own the analytics data layer. Design and operate the ClickHouse-backed warehouse that powers operational, business, and autonomy reliability metrics, partnering with the Platform team that owns ingestion. Define the metrics that matter. Partner with operations, product, engineering, and finance to turn fuzzy questions into trustworthy metrics: autonomy uptime, intervention rates and classifications, release-over-release reliability, mission success, fleet utilization, customer ROI.
