In this high-impact role, you will serve as the dedicated data partner to the General Manager, leveraging sophisticated product analysis and storytelling to uncover insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within a key customer segment, directly contributing to Constant Contact's overall revenue and market expansion goals. What you'll do: Strategic Partnership: Work alongside the GM to lead data initiatives that bridge Product, Engineering, and Marketing — making sure growth bets are measurable, correctly instrumented, and aligned with enterprise objectives. Root Cause Investigation: Lead the deep-dive culture our team is known for.
