What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience as a data analyst, Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, Advanced in SQL, BI tool administration and usage, Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives, Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services, Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions, Expertise in building internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Advanced degree is a plus, Experience with Databricks, Experience with Sigma, Experience in the energy/construction industry is a plus
