Must Have
8-10+ years Cybersecurity engineering, 8-10+ years Security architecture, 8-10+ years SIEM / monitoring engineering, 8-10+ years Cloud or enterprise security operations, 5+ years leading Security engineering initiatives, 5+ years leading Tool implementations, 5+ years leading Monitoring design, 5+ years leading Detection engineering, 5+ years leading Alert optimization, Experience supporting complex enterprise environments, Ability to translate security risks into engineering solutions, Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
CISSP, ISSEP, CISM, CASP+, CCSP, ITIL Foundation, Cloud or SIEM platform certifications
What You'll Do.
Lead cybersecurity engineering efforts
Provide technical leadership
Drive improvements in detection capabilities
Drive improvements in security controls
Drive improvements in cyber defense posture
Design SIEM and monitoring platforms
Design cloud and endpoint security tools
Design vulnerability management solutions
Support SIEM and monitoring platforms

Reduce false positives
Develop correlation rules
Translate cybersecurity risks
Develop implementation plans
Provide guidance on secure architecture
Provide guidance on Zero Trust alignment
Provide guidance on tool integration

Support advanced troubleshooting
Develop standard operating procedures
Maintain engineering diagrams
