What You'll Do.
Provide prompt excellent customer service
Operate lottery machines
Operate money order machine
Process telecom transactions
Maintain store cleanliness
Receive vendor deliveries
Verify vendor deliveries
Maintain stock levels
Control cash shortages
Assist in maintaining inventory
Monitor cash handling
Perform daily close-out functions
Notify Store Manager of discrepancies
Follow guidelines for product breakage
Supervise customer service representatives
Monitor customer traffic
Provide employee feedback
Manage fast food service area
Change gasoline prices
Report unsafe conduct
Record employee purchases
Complete shift change reports
Ensure accurate time keeping
Take inventory of supplies
Attend job-related meetings
Complete daily store reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Supervises the activities of customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager; Helps coach and train new employees; Assists with counseling of employees; Provides feedback to help employees improve performance; May provide direction for managing the fast food service area of the store
