What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel performance marketing, Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments, Advanced understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition, Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Familiarity with data-driven creative optimization, including A testing and campaign performance insights, communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, provide constructive feedback, and build alignment across internal teams, external agencies, and production partners, Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required, MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job
Nice to Have
Experience in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (D2C), or home services industries is preferred, Proficiency in motion graphics, video, UX design, or other digital capabilities is a plus
