Must Have
J.D. degree, Active U.S. state bar membership, 7+ years banking law experience, 7+ years bank regulatory experience, 7+ years corporate governance experience, 7+ years financial services legal experience, Working knowledge of OCC regulations, Working knowledge of National Bank Act, Working knowledge of Bank Holding Company Act, Working knowledge of Regulation W, Experience advising on bank corporate governance, Experience with affiliate transaction monitoring, Experience with intercompany agreement structures, Experience with bank governance controls, Experience supporting OCC examinations, Experience supporting supervisory responses, Experience supporting bank regulatory engagement, Experience with Federal Reserve bank holding company reporting, Experience navigating CAMELS ratings, Experience managing conflicts of interest, Experience with dual-hatted employees, Experience drafting board minutes, Experience drafting committee charters, Experience drafting governance policies, Experience drafting resolutions, Experience drafting intercompany agreements
