What You'll Do.
Serve as primary training contact
Prepare for new hire classes
Secure classroom space
Secure training materials
Secure meals for training
Communicate with new hires
Deliver learning programs
Deliver learning activities
Identify program gaps
Communicate program feedback
Communicate learning opportunities
Track new employee metrics
Coordinate with site leadership
Drive adoption of learning platforms
Drive adoption of training technology
Assist in development of training materials
Assist in improvement of training materials
Assist in development of associates
Assist in training of associates
Monitor peer trainer performance
Provide feedback to trainers
Complete professional development requirements
Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions
Attend certification courses
Remain up to date on operational processes
Remain up to date on procedures
Remain up to date on policies
Learn business aspects
Train employees on business aspects
Complete other duties as assigned
