As a Lead Control Systems Engineer, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and support of industrial control system solutions across a broad range of technologies. You’ll work on Mitsubishi and non-OEM platforms, including gas and steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. From cybersecurity upgrades to digital transformation, your work will be key to ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of mission-critical energy assets. You'll also mentor a team of talented engineers, act as a technical point of contact for customers, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions — including Mitsubishi’s flagship TOMONI digital platform. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the full lifecycle of control system projects - including design, configuration, installation, programming, commissioning, and ongoing support across multiple platforms (e.g. Netmation, HIACS, GE Mark Vle, Siemens S7). * Support the operation and maintenance of Mitsubishi Power control systems for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and relevant auxiliary systems during scheduled/forced outages as well as during normal operation. * Troubleshoot and
