What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area, Relevant experience in Public Sector vertical, Active Security Clearance (that will remain active for at least 18+ months upon hire), Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages, Communication skills in English, Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program

Identify customers’ strategic priorities

Develop data-driven process insights

Create complex data models

Ensure customers receive maximum value

Leverage newest features and functionalities of Celonis software

Lead and drive the implementation process

Deliver exceptionally high levels of service

Transform customer’s data using SQL

Create the data model for process analysis

Design and implement innovative analyses

Implement execution apps

Enrich analyses with Machine Learning algorithms

Enrich analyses with Task Mining

Make customer’s processes transparent

Make customer’s processes automated

Analyze the data to identify process inefficiencies

Understand the root causes

Suggest approaches to overcome inefficiencies

Quantify the business and financial potential

Present the most relevant KPIs to management

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Conduct value creation workshops

Align measures to improve process inefficiencies

Set the foundation of the path to value

Make the long-term customer success journey happen
