What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience designing and implementing complex leadership, learning or experiential programming, Executive presence and experience consulting with and interacting professionally with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders, relationship management and cross-functional partnership skills, Ability to independently manage competing priorities across executive stakeholders, operational dependencies and evolving experience dynamics, organization skills with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving capability and comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities, Ability to translate broad strategic direction into actionable participant experiences
Nice to Have
Experience facilitating executive learning experiences, Experience managing community stakeholders and high-touch experiences

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
