Construction Project Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $190,000-$215,000 Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of a design-build construction project. Key Responsibilities: Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project. Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes. Monitor construction progress, document activities, and identify/report potential issues or deficiencies. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including inspectors, schedulers, estimators, safety personnel, and document control. Collaborate with design, program controls, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution. Identify, track, and ensure resolution of deficient work and corrective actions. Enforce project policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence. Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant construction project experience.
