Must Have
2 years of customer service experience

Previous concierge experience preferred, Previous hospitality experience preferred, Previous luxury residential experience preferred, Previous property management experience preferred, Previous front desk experience preferred, Prior leadership experience preferred, Prior supervisory experience preferred, High-rise condominium experience strongly preferred, Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred, Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
What You'll Do.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Greet residents and guests warmly
Serve as knowledgeable resource
Assist residents with requests
Resolve resident and guest concerns
Maintain active presence at Front Desk
Monitor and control building access
Review security cameras
Report suspicious activity
Process incoming mail
Process resident notifications
Complete Daily Activity Reports
Complete incident reports
Complete other required documentation
Support emergency response procedures
Maintain awareness of safety protocols
Assist with administrative tasks
Assist with resident communications
Conduct daily walk-throughs
Ensure common areas clean
Ensure common areas organized
Ensure common areas presentable
Maintain familiarity with community amenities
Maintain familiarity with community events
Maintain familiarity with resident programs
Coordinate with management
Coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with staff
Assist with onboarding concierge team
Assist with training concierge team
