What You'll Achieve.
Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.; Complete client intake assessment and analysis to determine client needs and Treatment Plan goals and objectives.; Compile and analyze statistics and outcomes for grant reports.; Teach support skills in conflict resolution, anger management, parenting, etc. , as needed.; Develop, monitor and review action plans designed to increase strengths, address needs, and reduce conflict in the home for clients.; Assist in providing information for all files and program documentation, including quarterly and monthly reports, data entry and other documentation or reports as needed, with accuracy and timeliness.; Locate community resources to meet additional client needs.; Prepare presentations, training and facilitate groups that address topics related to child abuse prevention for community agencies, school, parents and youth.; Coordinate/participate in resource fairs in the community as assigned.; Enter the required data for all clients into the Salesforce (BCFS) database, within 2 business days of client contact and submit monthly reports as specified by the Regional Director.; Compile, prepare, submit and maintain accurate records, files, forms and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements.; Implement BCFS safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency.; Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.; Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in the employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population, and community members and complying with the required dress code, at all times.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree from an accredited university, in one of the following areas: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or another related human services field., 2 years of experience providing direct services to at-risk youth and supervising clinicians and/or counselor interns., LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, Maintain certificates required for the position including but not limited to First Aid and CPR., Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation., Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens., Provide proof or work eligibility status upon request., Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background and motor vehicle check (fingerprints needed if applicant has lived out of state within the past 5 years)., Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics., Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English., Work in a fast-paced environment., Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position., Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team., Travel as needed.

Carry a client load as allowed by budgetary restraints.

Develop detailed Individual Treatment Plans for each client and regularly assess progress
providing updates to the Treatment Plan as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate file documentation and data entry that meets the program requirements.
Supervise and manage staff as assigned
including clinicians and interns.
Conduct consultations with clinical staff and/or counselor interns and review service documentation.
Implements procedural changes as needed while ensuring services are being provided within the framework of the grant and delivering accurate reports and implementing changes to procedures and documentation.
Assist in the development of procedures for new partnerships or program activities as assigned.
Facilitate in-service training as needed
to educate staff on BCFS HHS policy and procedure and/or counseling related topics.
Report any suspected abuse or neglect to the Program Director and all appropriate state and county enforcement agencies.
Meet all deadlines required by the Program Director and state/federal partners.
Maintain own schedule of office visits
Identify and maintain professional relationships with clients and community partners.
Attend and participate in staff meetings
in-service trainings and case consultations if required for contract needs.
Perform crisis intervention techniques to ensure that youth are safe.
