PPCCC also provides comprehensive sexuality education programs to help adults and teens make healthy decisions, prevent unintended pregnancies, and avoid sexually transmitted infection.   JOB SUMMARY:     The non-physician advanced practice Lead clinician will work closely with the Associate Medical Director to carry out administrative and training tasks aimed at advancing the development of clinicians in the Santa Maria health center. They will work in collaboration with all healthcare team members to provide quality reproductive health care to Planned Parenthood patients following PPCCC medical standards and guidelines. Lead Clinicians will model professional behaviors and lead educational initiatives for healthcare team members, including their clinical colleagues. Responsibilities include participation in a team approach to patient care by working cooperatively with others to achieve productivity standards while providing exceptional customer service, and also leadership in their designated clinics with respect to clinician needs.
