Je impact en verantwoordelijkheden Als hoofd civiele techniek en bouwkunde speel je een centrale rol bij het definiëren en uitvoeren van civieltechnische oplossingen voor klanten in de procesindustrie. Kernverantwoordelijkheden • Vertegenwoordigen en leiden van de discipline civiele techniek binnen AFRY Nederland. • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle civieltechnische en bouwkundige onderwerpen/projecten (intern en extern). • Verantwoordelijk voor civiele techniek en het bouwkundig en ontwerp in: o De procesindustrie. o Betonconstructies, staalconstructies, funderingen, gebouwen, pijpenrekken en machinesteunen. • Uitvoering van alle engineeringfasen: o Ontwerpbasis. o Haalbaarheidsstudies. o Concept, Basic- en Detailengineering. o Bouwtoezicht. o Oplevering en overdracht van de bouwplaats. • Kostenraming, input voor planning, risicobeoordeling en bijdrage aan projectcontroley. • Zorgen voor engineeringresultaten, tijdige levering en technische conformiteit. • Opstellen en coördineren van documentatie die nodig is voor bouwaanvragen en goedkeuringsprocedures. • Toezicht houden op civiele activiteiten in EPCM-projecten, inclusief het aansturen van onderaannemers: o Onderzoeks- en onderhandelingsfasen. o Opstellen van functi
