What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Fluent Dutch (spoken and written), Excellent command of English, Multiple years of knowledge and practical experience in planning, design coordination, and project management of civil and steel projects in chemical, refinery, and/or power plant construction across all engineering phases, Knowledge of modern engineering tools and programs, Knowledge of relevant European/Dutch civil and structural steel standards and codes, Experience on construction sites

What You'll Do.
Represent and lead the civil engineering discipline
Act as the first point of contact for civil and structural subjects/projects
Responsible for civil engineering and structural design
Execute all engineering phases
Provide cost estimation
Ensure engineering results
Prepare and coordinate documentation
Oversee civil activities in EPCM projects
Participate in business travel
