Change Management professional is responsible for planning, leading, and supporting organizational change initiatives related to operational transformation, digitalization, process improvements, ERP implementations, automation, restructuring, and continuous improvement programs. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for manufacturing transformation initiatives. Drive Change Impact analysis, Training, Adoption, Communication and other Change Management activities Drive stakeholder engagement activities. Support leadership alignment and transition during change initiatives. Experience in change management, manufacturing operations, transformation programs, or project management.
