What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, psychology OR formalized training in mental health, 3+ years experience leading teams in healthcare operations, care coordination, behavioral health, care management, or related healthcare settings, Proven ability to design, optimize, and scale workflows, Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges, Proven ability to implement sustainable process improvements, Analytical skills with experience using metrics, dashboards, and operational data, Experience leveraging technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, EHRs, or operational systems, Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams, Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, Ability to build relationships, Ability to manage competing priorities, Ability to close the loop, Ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution

Nice to Have

Startup or high-growth healthcare experience preferred, Experience in women's health, behavioral health, collaborative care, or multidisciplinary care models is a plus

What You'll Do.
