Bachelor's degree in engineering, Minimum 8 years CAE simulation experience, Fluent in 3-D CAD, Fluent in PC's, Hands-on ANSYS Mechanical experience, Experience integrating simulation with test correlation, Experience integrating simulation with design optimization, Experience integrating simulation with manufacturing considerations, Track record driving simulation-led design decisions
Nice to Have
SolidWorks preferred, Proficiency in Spanish, Proficiency in Mandarin

As Lead CAE Engineer, you'll own the following: * Lead and manage COE simulation driven design and R&D activities * Develop and implement a simulation technology roadmap to close capability gaps and enable product innovation. * Lead implementation of modal based systems engineering, digital twins, and predictive maintenance strategies. * Support new product development team with DFMEA validation through Multiphysics simulations * Integrate upfront simulation driven design space exploration process into the product development cycle * Deliver custom simulation training, create performance plans and mentoring programs for the engineering team * Create guided analysis workflows, templates, and simulation apps to the des
