Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, 10+ years' experience in related commercial aircraft design fields, Experience with Boeing’s engineering processes and systems, Experience working with global teams
Nice to Have
Experience in an EASA Part 21J Design Organization environment, Experience with electrical, systems, or mechanical aspects of cabin products, Prior development and testing to component reliability requirements of a new product from initial concept through product introduction and support
What You'll Do.

Provide technical oversight and guidance to global cabin
Ensure adherence to engineering
drawing requirements and processes
Serve as technical lead supporting cabin product development
Participate in design reviews
Generate test plans and reports for product qualification
Lead and mentor teammates through technical issue problem
Work independently and in a team environment
Adapt to a changing work statement
Report to the Cabin Products Engineering Manager
Work with multi-discipline global engineering teams
Identify technical requirements and solutions for projects
