As we enter the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of Accounting Operations to lead our global accounting operations function and help ensure our finance organisation scales effectively alongside the business. As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery and design activities across complex transformation programmes. You'll help business teams improve processes, systems, data flows and operating models. Your work will shape how the organisation operates and supports future growth. The outcomes will help teams work more effectively, make better decisions and deliver lasting improvements. You'll lead discovery, document current-state processes, define requirements and design future ways of working. You'll analyse systems, processes and data to evaluate options, support solution design and help ensure successful delivery.
