Driving US payments and regulatory initiatives end-to-end, hands-on experience across payment schemes and infrastructures such as ACH, Wires, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, ISO 20022 or adjacent clearing and settlement platforms, Operating within New Ways of Working (Agile / Product-centric models), ownership of complex backlogs, shaping hypotheses and outcomes, leading refinement and prioritisation discussions, enabling iterative delivery across multi-disciplinary teams, Front-to-back business analysis leadership, current-state assessment, future-state design, operating model impacts, control considerations, alignment to enterprise and regulatory architecture, Senior stakeholder engagement and influence, working with US business heads, technology leads, risk and compliance partners, and operations leadership, drive decisions, manage trade-offs, maintain momentum on complex initiatives, Translating strategy into execution, ensuring regulatory change, payments modernisation, or platform enhancements are broken down into consumable, traceable and value-focused deliveries for engineering and delivery teams
