What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience as a successful Analyst, Demonstrated familiarity with at least one Systems Development Life Cycle methodology, Skilled in data modelling, Experienced in requirements management, Excellent communication and facilitation skills, analytical and interviewing skills, Proven ability to support, manage, and improve testing activities, Demonstrated ownership of software solution delivery and continuous improvement, Proficient in using prototyping, Broad understanding of business operations in a project environment, Proven ability to manage issues, risks, and problems, Ability to produce and maintain high-quality documentation, Proficient in using Application Lifecycle Management tools, Resilience and calmness under pressure, Ability to receive feedback and learn from mistakes, Proven ability to adapt to new IT methods, tools, and procedures, Ability to take ownership of software solution delivery and continuous improvement activities, Ability to lead by example and maintain effective working relationships
Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile environments, Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Knowledge of JIRA, Knowledge of MIRO, Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading individuals and teams

We are delivering a major transformation programme to replace three existing marking platforms with a single, modern solution. With the first phase going live this November and expanding into 2027, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a complex, live delivery environment where your work has real-world impact. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will take a hands-on role in shaping and delivering this transformation.
