Nice to Have
Trade school or technical certification, EPA Universal Certification, Journeyman or applicable state/local license, Experience with CMMS and BAS systems, Strong customer service and communication skills

## The Lead Building Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems while leading day‑to‑day engineering activities on site. This role serves as the technical lead, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The Lead Building Engineer provides guidance to engineering staff, coordinates vendors, and partners with property management and clients to deliver reliable facilities operations. Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%.
