At nVent Management Company, we are seeking an exceptionally skilled Lead Builder to join our ambitious team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless assembly and backing up supervisory responsibilities when needed. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that prides itself on delivering proven results and maintaining a secure and productive environment. ## Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Frame and install interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and HVAC units. * Maintain an excellent driving record and operate company vehicles as required. * Represent nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct while working on-site with customers, customer representatives, subcontractors, and fellow employees. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support our world-class manufacturing operations. * Foster a workplace environment that is enjoyable, instills pride in our products, and focuses strictly on the customer while providing room for individual responsibilities and ideas. ## Education/Experience: * Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. * Alternatively, two years related experience and/or training. * Or a combination of education and experience that equips you to successfully implement our high standards. ## Schedule: * Hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. * Opportunity for extra hours on Friday.
