Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across customer advocacy, reputation management, digital PR, and brand communications programs. Manage online reputation activities, including monitoring and responding to reviews, tracking sentiment, and coordinating review-generation initiatives across key platforms. Coordinate customer advocacy efforts such as testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlight content to strengthen brand credibility. Lead day-to-day project management for creative asset development, ensuring timely delivery of presentations, ads, collateral, and digital resources. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines. Build and maintain centralized brand asset libraries, ensuring version control, governance, and accessibility of approved materials. Identify gaps in existing marketing materials and prioritize development of new assets to support sales, marketing, recruiting, and partner initiatives. Support video marketing initiatives, coordinating production timelines for case studies, testimonials, and educational content. Assist in digital PR and research initiatives, including surveys, reports, and data-driven campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and media impact. Provide leadership support by managing and mentoring junior coordinators, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content marketing, PR, or related marketing disciplines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives and working with internal teams and external creative agencies.
