LEAD BRAND DESIGNER — SHAPE BJAK’S VISUAL IDENTITY About BJAK We build superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient. We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region. We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI. Our team is densely talented, highly motivated, and focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity - Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences - Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—adapting brand expression as needed - Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency across outputs - Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business needs - Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU… - Have a strong sense of brand identity, storytelling, and visual systems - Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and translating strategy into compelling visuals - Can balance hands-on execution with broader brand direction - Take ownership of your work and care deeply about quality and continuous improvement - Stay curious about design trends, motion, and emerging AI tools WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years of experience in brand design, gra
