In this role you will support the Area Branch Manager in leading the team and managing daily operations to achieve growth and enhance customer satisfaction within the branch and ad hoc support across the region supporting the Area Branch Manager. You’ll monitor key metrics (quote conversion, overrides, inventory) to drive improvements, manage customer accounts, pricing and terms to protect profitability, and resolve operational or customer issues.
