Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. Serve as the technical lead for a team of Automation Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support while fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Partner with business units to understand operational challenges, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Research, evaluate, and recommend optimal technologies and approaches for workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. Design, test, deploy, and support automated workflows while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, customer expectations, and resource requirements. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across automation practices and standards. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve defects, maintain source control, and provide ongoing production support for automated solutions. Promote cross-functional collaboration, influence technology standards when appropriate, and support the adoption of best practices across platforms and systems.
