Identify trainee strengths and areas of improvement
Provide work plan for improvement
Control absenteeism and attrition
Prepare Daily Training Summaries
Keep up-to-date on training class activities
Identify problem areas
Take corrective actions
Ensure timely production of training materials
Prepare training supplies
Reserve training rooms
Provide guidance to less experienced staff
Assist in training of less experienced staff
Manage trainee discipline
Manage trainee grievances

New Hire Training for GDS Training, TNI and TNA to program the modules as per the process changes and needs, Identify Trainee strengths and build them and identify areas of improvement and provide concrete work plan for improvement, Control absenteeism and attrition and motivate the team, Prepare Daily Training Summaries to keep all parties concerned updated with regards to headcount, training progress, performance management, and attrition, Keep up-to-date on overall activities of the training class, identify problem areas, and take corrective actions, ensure the timely and accurate production or reproduction of needed training materials, preparation of training supplies, and reservations of training rooms, in cooperation with the Training Assistant, Routinely provide guidance to and assist in the training of less experienced staff, Manage trainee discipline and grievances, Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time ## Qualifications - Completed at least 2 years in college - Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience handling Process Training for GDS Travel Accounts - Must ha
