Skilled in creating and updating templates, including assigning account manager names for streamlined operations. Accurately issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD forms 24, 25, 27) using Applied EPIC and CSR24, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements. Enhance productivity in a night-shift environment by maintaining efficiency and accuracy under strict deadlines. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, efficiency targets, and deadlines to consistently deliver error-free outcomes. Conduct thorough policy reviews, manage template renewals, extract endorsements, and dispatch renewal certificates to clients promptly. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect regulatory changes and operational updates, ensuring process consistency.
