Skilled in creating and updating templates, including assigning account manager names for streamlined operations. Accurately issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD forms 24, 25, 27) using Applied EPIC and CSR24, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements. Enhance productivity in a night-shift environment by maintaining efficiency and accuracy under strict deadlines. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, efficiency targets, and deadlines to consistently deliver error-free outcomes. Conduct thorough policy reviews, manage template renewals, extract endorsements, and dispatch renewal certificates to clients promptly. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect regulatory changes and operational updates, ensuring process consistency. Provide effective troubleshooting and resolution of process-related queries, meeting defined turnaround times and quality sta
