What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience leading and delivering complex Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations, with hands-on expertise in one or more leading IGA platforms, consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, Deep understanding of identity governance principles, processes, and best practices within enterprise environments, Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery, experience in solution architecture, including microservices, integration patterns, and enterprise system design, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with high attention to detail, knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries, Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP web services, and system integration, Solid understanding of network fundamentals, cryptography, certificates, and Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting, knowledge of identity systems such as LDAP and Active Directory, and protocols including SAML, OAuth, and SCIM, Experience integrating with enterprise and cloud platforms such as SAP, ERP systems, Workday, and ServiceNow
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus
