We deliver insight, innovation and impact to them through predictive analytics and visual storytelling. **_Job Description_** : Help build, manage, and grow Business Intelligence centre of excellence having deep understanding of Business Intelligence landscape, hands-on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc., data modelling and engineering. Work closely with different internal stakeholders to drive vision and the team independently. Responsibilities: * Help create and a build a business intelligence practice. * Assess business intelligence landscape, create a roadmap and execute the same. * Keep a tab on what is new in the market, create POCs, and POVs to be presented to the client. * Hands on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. * Create solution architecture, proposals, RFPs, and present the same to the client. * Perform data analysis, build efficient data and semantic models, derive conclusions, recommendations, and business impact role. * Develop training plans, skill upgrades, best practices, standards, and templates. * Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability. Technical Requirements: * Must have: * 10+ Years of experience in Business Intelligence space. * Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. * Led a team of 10+ people. * Exposure to Azure/ AWS/ GCP * Good to have: * End to end project management on BI development * Client and stakeholder management * Presentation skills * Effective communication If you like wild growth and work
