About the role: As the Lead Architect, you will be one of the technical authorities for our product suite, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, Operations. You will be helping to lead the architectural integrity of our products. This is a “Technical Navigator” role for a visionary who remains deeply connected to the “engine room.” You will help lead the charge in modernizing our tech stack through Modern Architecture Methodologies and establishing an AI-First initiative. This includes both optimizing the developer experience through Claude Code and architecting production-ready AI features directly into our customer-facing products. What you’ll do: ● Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee highly scalable, secure systems using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS-native patterns. ● Product AI Integration: Architect and implement best practices for embedding AI functionality into our products (e.g., RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration) to deliver smarter user experiences. ● AI Strategy & DevEx: Act as the champion for Claude Code. D
