The role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for the application/product, deeply understanding its capabilities, configuration, and integration into business processes. This position focuses on driving application value, leading requirements elicitation, shaping features and functionality, and ensuring the platform is optimally configured and adopted to meet business and data governance needs. While the role maintains oversight of operational health, day-to-day incident management and root cause analysis are performed by a dedicated support team. **_Job Description_** **1\.
