**About the Role** Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant, a business partner facing role and is responsible for providing reporting and analytic solutions that provide actionable insights to the line of business partners. Enterprise Analytics Enablement (EAE) is the central analytics group tasked with solving high-impact business challenges and standing up cutting-edge analytical capabilities to be shared across Wells Fargo’s analytic community. We are looking for a high performer to join our team and help us solve challenging and interesting business problems through rigorous data analysis and visualization. In this highly consultative and visible role, you will support business intelligence projects from multiple business lines using various technology and techniques ranging from but not limited to Tableau and Power BI. **In this role, you will****:** * You would be required to work individually or as part of a team on Business Intelligence projects and work closely with business partners across the organization. * The Lead Analytics Consultant will serve as a senior resource for designing, developing and delivering high performing reporting solutions and data analysis * Responsible for planning and performing reporting, analyses and projects to solve a variety of business issues for a department or functional area. * Drive independent conversations around planning, design and execution of projects with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to leverage data visualization tools and alternative front-end solutions to delivering data * Capable of performing ad-hoc analyses and drill down into data inconsistencies and perform Root cause analysis for unusual trends * Work closely with Technology Partners to generate new reports or modify current work products to optimize capabilities and improve efficiency * Follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions and ensures the end product fulfills the project objectives * Engage with
