The Lead Analyst, Citizen Led Automation plays a critical role in enabling and accelerating the citizen developer community across IS Solutions. This role serves as a hands on expert and thought partner, supporting automation and AI use cases, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and helping translate business problems into scalable, effective citizen built solutions.
