What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related, 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles, Deep expertise in semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing processes, Proven track record leading large-scale planning system transformations, experience defining end-to-end planning processes and functional specifications, Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain performance, understanding of planning system architecture and integration with execution systems, Ability to translate complex business requirements into system design and technical specifications, leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams, Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, Analytical, structured problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

MBA or Master’s preferred, Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments strongly preferred, Hands-on experience with advanced planning platforms, preferably Blue Yonder (ESP, OP, FP, DP, IO) or equivalent

Lead enterprise initiatives to improve key supply chain KPIs

Drive standardization and scalability of planning processes

Serve as the functional architect for advanced planning capabilities

Own the end-to-end functional design

Define and document complex planning logic

Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations

Partner with IT and engineering teams for seamless integration

Lead end-to-end change management

Define and implement reporting frameworks

Leverage data and analytics to identify gaps

Mentor and develop supply chain analysts

Build organizational capability in advanced planning systems

Lead functional validation

and testing oversight

Establish governance around planning logic

and process adherence
