Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience in a quantitative/applied analytics role, Hands-on expertise in Power BI including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling using Python, PySpark, R, etc., Advanced proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree/Certification in a related field, fair understanding of procurement processes, Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, or other analytics tools (Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, Alteryx, etc.), Hands-on experience supporting the IGNITE tool

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Analyst**** to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Gurugram. The Lead Analyst will partner with Global Procurement stakeholders within GNFR (Goods not for resale) and GFR (Goods for Resale) and support Head of Global Procurement and Directors of Global Procurement by collecting, entering, processing, and analyzing data to ensure appropriate analysis, monitoring, and execution of Supplier Accounts in association with Procurement targets connected to business targets. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and a fair understanding of procurement processes.
