What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent, 5-10 + years software engineering/architecture experience, 5 + years hands-on AI/ML infrastructure and LLM application development
Nice to Have
Expert-level Python and Java programming, Proven experience with distributed frameworks (Dask, Spark, Ray) and AWS, Demonstrated success building AI tools that transformed real work processes, Strong coaching/teaching abilities with evidence of enabling others
