LEAD AI PRODUCT MANAGER - PROSPER AI - Location: Barcelona (On-site) or New York (On-site) - Type: Full-time COMPANY OVERVIEW Prosper is building the most advanced conversational AI agents for the healthcare industry. Headquartered in New York and with offices in Barcelona, we work with dozens of large and enterprise healthcare organizations. We’ve raised $35M Series A from top investors like a16z (Github, Slack), Base10 (Figma, Notion), YC (Stripe, Airbnb) and Emergence (Salesforce, Zoom). Prosper was founded by Josep Marc Mingot (Math+Telco Engineering from UPCTech (Barcelona), MIT Research in Computer Vision, and Product Leader in a NY startup acquired by NYSE:AON) and Xavier de Gracia (ESADE, JP Morgan, Bain & Company, Harvard MBA, and VP at a NY startup acquired by NASDAQ:ANGI). We are a highly motivated team of 20 located in New York and Barcelona, ex-{MIT, HBS, Bain, Math/CS/Physics olympics,...}. We are looking for ambitious, exceptionally talented team members to help scale our product and support a growing client base. As we prepare for fundraising and rapid expansion in the coming months, we are building a team ready to grow with us. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Lead AI Product Manager in our Barcelona and/or New York office, your goal is to ensure Prosper’s AI agents succeed across real healthcare workflows of our clients. You will own a portfolio of AI agent deployments across multiple customers and act as the general manager for those agents in production: responsible for design, performance, customer impact, expansion, and the ARR your agents drive. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, analytics, and AI.
