You will also play a key role in guiding the team, driving efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Operations * Ensure smooth and timely processing of ocean export shipments * Prepare and verify export documentation * Manage accurate data entry, billing, and job costing * Coordinate shipments with customers and meet service expectations * Monitor shipments to ensure customer satisfaction * Follow customer SOPs and company procedures * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Team & Performance * Support workload distribution within the team * Monitor workboards and ensure KPIs are met * Guide and mentor team members * Promote a positive and collaborative team environment * Drive adoption of tools and process improvements Customer & Business Support * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Support pricing requests in line with customer needs and market conditions * Contribute to customer retention and CRM updates * Monitor invoicing and ensure accuracy * Communicate proactively with stakeholders ## Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in Ocean Export or freight forwarding * Good understanding of export operations and documentation * Knowledge of Expeditors systems, products, and processes * Strong customer service mindset * Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) *
